A full English breakfast is available but must be pre-ordered in advance. There is also a lighter option of toast and cereal. Tell us when you book.

Yes — permit parking is included. Request a permit on arrival and Steve will sort one for you.

What time is check-in?

From 15:00 until 21:00. If you are arriving earlier after a long journey, let Steve know — guests often mention they were welcomed in ahead of time.

Are the rooms suitable with stairs?

This is a Victorian townhouse. Some rooms are up a steep stair and may not suit guests with reduced mobility. Tell us about access when you enquire and we will place you in the most suitable room.

Can I book for the races?

Yes — race weekends are popular, so enquire early. Several guests come back every year specifically for Redcar Racecourse.
